Why you heard nothing back

The battle of the AI systems.

You were right for the job. You heard nothing back.

Often, no one read your CV closely enough to know. Most large employers now receive applications through an applicant tracking system, and recruiters search and rank what arrives by the skills and terms in their own advert. A strong career described in different words ranks low, and the shortlist is drawn from the top.

  • 97.4%of Fortune 500 companies use an applicant tracking system.1
  • 3 in 4recruiters search and rank candidates by the skills in the job description.1
  • 88%of employers agree that qualified high-skilled candidates are screened out by their hiring systems.2

Now both sides use AI. Nine in ten UK professionals use it somewhere in their applications. Employers have answered with more checks: 67% of UK hiring managers say AI-generated applications have increased their time to hire, and more than a third of recruiters are less confident than a year ago that a CV reflects real skills.3, 4

The battle is not won by more AI. It is won by the advert's own words, proved by your own record.

No score can promise an interview. What you will get is a CV written to be found, that holds up when a person reads it.

How it works

Four steps. One application.

  1. Sign in.

With LinkedIn, Google or a sign-in link sent to your email. There is no password to remember.

  2. Add your CV, your profile and the advert.

Upload your current CV and your LinkedIn profile PDF, and paste the About the job section of the advert. Add extra facts if you have them.

  3. Watch it built.

One AI model drafts. A program traces every figure to your documents. Independent models from other providers check for anything invented or missing.

  4. Read your report.

It shows your score, the keywords met and missed, and the source of every figure. Ask for changes in plain English.

How we check

Every figure traced. Nothing invented.

Money, percentages, quantities, years, qualifications, employers and job titles are checked against your own documents by a program, not by an AI. Anything it cannot find is corrected, or listed for you under Verify before sending.

Then the CV is scored out of 100 against a rubric you can read. The advert is read into four tiers of keywords, from essential to desirable:

  • 60Keywords
  • 15Structure
  • 15Evidence
  • 10Language

The full rubric is published when we open. It models how applicant tracking systems read and rank a CV. It does not predict an employer's decision, and no score guarantees an interview.

Prices

Three levels. One standard of truth.

Every CV traces each figure back to your own documents, and comes with an ATS report and an interview brief. Your level is set by your years in work, read from your LinkedIn profile: up to 3 years is Early careers, up to 10 years is Mid-career, more is Senior level. Prices are per application and include VAT.

Add the LinkedIn profile rewrite: £29

To any CV, at any level. Your headline, About section and experience, consistent with your CV. You paste it into LinkedIn yourself. We never post to your profile.

One price per application. No subscription for CVs. VAT is included in every price.

Changing your mind
